At Sensory Soothers, we want you to feel completely comfortable in our sensory-friendly fashion. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Ensure the items are securely packed with all original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
