How it’s made
Weight is concentrated in the head only (arms are not weighted). An internal casing holds a mix of poly pellets + glass microbeads, surrounded by plush fiberfill so the head stays soft even at higher weights.
Choosing your weight
This octo weighs 2lbs before we weight it, therefore, we recommend a minimum of 10lbs for teens and adults because that would leave only 8lbs in the large head, and some of that weight is absorbed by the thick layer of poly fill surrounding the bead casings.
- Popular choices: 10–12 lbs (12 lbs = deepest, most substantial feel).
Care: Spot clean only; air dry. A quick cool blow-dry fluffs the fur beautifully.
